An update re: Nov 2/3 concerts
Oct 30, 2012
Hi ,
A quick update from the east coast - as of now, we are still planning on having our performances this weekend although we are closely watching the situation in NYC. This week, I’m in Boston and the damage here is much less severe than in NYC obviously (it’s amazingly a beautiful day today). If you’re in the NYC area, hit reply and let us know what it’s like down there, especially in Brooklyn/Park Slope.
If we do cancel the Nov. 2 show in Somerville, we will gladly refund tickets so you can purchase buy tickets without risk. Of course, we will update the website if either show is cancelled and until further notice, game on!
Also, a few other musical updates: on Nov. 2, Berklee professor and percussionist Bertram Lehmann will be performing with us as Noriko got called to go on tour with a show in Australia for several months. Our pal from the Xylopholks, Jon Singer will fill for her once again on Nov. 3. We also are happy to announce that Tom Chess will guest with us on oud (Nov. 3).
